A system has been put in place to process refunds for registration fees for the Cochrane Colloquium that was cancelled on Sunday 20 October due to widespread violence and civil unrest in in Santiago, Chile. Login to your account, and click "Request refund" (the first link on the left side of the page once you have logged in). There, you will see your completed registrations; click the button that says "Click here to request a refund". The refund request will be immediately submitted and subsequently processed by the registration team which will then be applied to the credit card you used to purchase your Colloquium registration. Registrations paid by bank transfer will be processed manually following your refund request.
Group registrations should contact email@example.com to request a refund.
The refund system is available now, and will be open until 22 November 2019. Please take care to request your refund before this closing date. We ask that you please do not apply for refunds via your credit card, company or bank, as this will complicate the process and possibly delay refund processing.
